Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions Section. Here we have posted the most frequently asked questions about our moonwalks, inflatables, reservations, cost, and set up questions. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, debit cards, or cash once the inflatable party rental has been delivered.
How do I reserve a moonwalk from Bean and KK Moonwalks?
We prefer you use our online reservations form here, however you may also call our office or email your request.
How much room will I need in my yard to set up a bounce house?
All dimensions for our inflatables are posted on this website. Simply add 5 feet more to the sizes we have posted to allow for plenty of room. Make sure to check the height of our rides to make sure there are no overhead obstructions at your location.
Do I need to provide anything once the rides are delivered?
Bean and KK Moonwalks will provide everything needed to set up our inflatables within 100 feet of water and electricity. All we ask is that you have a clean area free of sticks, rocks, or sharp items that might damage our bouncers.
Can I get a refund if it rains?
Bean and KK Moonwalks will call to confirm your reservations 24 hours in advance of your party. At that time should any bad weather be heading our way you will have the option to reschedule for another day. Unfortunately, once our inflatable has been set up, refunds can no longer be issued.
What happens during a storm or bad weather?
As mentioned above, if you cancel an order prior to setup there are no charges, however, should winds exceed 20 mph, we reserve the right to remove our inflatable moonwalks, slides, or bounce houses or cancel delivery of an order.
Can I set up a moonwalk at a public park?
We have been provided clearance to set up our equipment in a public park. Please remember to insure there is electricity within 100 feet or you will need to rent a generator in order to power the blowers.
Do you provide employees to monitor the rides?
We can provide you with an attendant to monitor the attractions for the fee of $25 per hour.
Am I allowed to change the rental I have selected?
We guarantee the ride you select at reservation time will be available. Should you wish to select another inflatable you are free to do so from our available inventory with 24 hours advance notice.

Bean and KK Moonwalks Carry Insurance?
Yes we do. We carry a $1,000,000 which allows us to set up in parks and other areas which require an Insurance Certificate.
Do you rent inflatables overnight?
Yes we do, however additional fees may apply. Please consult with management regarding the extra costs associated.
